Tuition is due on the first class of every month.

We are unable to refund any tuition payments. This includes monthly and semester.

EIM Dance sells tee shirts, shorts and dance pants with the EIM logo and name on it. You will receive order forms for the EIM dance wear. Although it is not mandatory that your child wear EIM dance clothes it is strongly recommended. This will help your child remember when they have dance class. All dancers should wear clothes that are conducive to dancing and hair should be pulled away from the face. Ballet / hip hop classes require pink ballet shoes. Jazz/Hip hop classes require black jazz shoes.

In the best interest of your child we kindly ask that you do not stay during class time. During the school year we will have special parent observation days in which you will be invited to come watch your child dance.

Expressions In Motion Dance strives to make dance affordable for every child. Your child will most likely have two recital dances. Normally each costume costs between thirty-five to fifty dollars.

Yes, there is a very minimal recital fee which will be determined closer to recital time. The recital fee covers the costs for lighting, sound, programs and many more recital necessities.

If your child misses a class due to illness or a family emergency they may make up the class at any of the school locations with prior approval. If your child can not find time to make up a class they will NOT be refunded for the missed class.

A written notice through mail or email is required no later than thirty days before the first class of the upcoming month. If the notice is not received thirty days before hand your account will be billed for the next month's tuition in full. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The recital is normally within the first couple weekends on May. More information regarding the recital date will be sent through email ASAP.

The recital is an optional event but we encourage every child to participate. The recital gives your child a wonderful opportunity for them to showcase their talents.

Expressions In Motion Dance will be selling tee shirts, dance shorts and pants at the beginning of the school year for all dance students.

No, there is no fee but if it happens multiple times your child will be asked to not return to dance class.

Yes, the dance teacher will make sure that your child arrives safely at after school care following dance class.

EIM Dance follows the same calander as Dekalb County Schools. If school is closed for Holidays, weather or any other reason than there is NO dance class.

No, tuition is based on the amount of classes per semester, not month.

It is very important for your child to practice their skills and dances at home. You can encourage them by having them put on small shows for your family before or after dinner time or at family gatherings. On dance class days when your child arrives home ask them to show you a skill they practiced that day. If your child is not interested in practicing at home please feel free to email me for more suggestions.

Yes, your child's dance teacher will make sure that you child arrives safely at the after care program following dance class. Please make sure to tell EIM dance that your child attends the after care program at their school.
